(arrival and departure from Bari: There are inexpensive direct flights from London via Easy Jet or Ryan Air and we are happy to help coordinate arrivals from other cities):
Day 1 (Monday):
Arrive at Bari or Brindisi airport, transfer to a luxurious country
resort in Ostuni (Masseria Boezio). Tour "La Citta Bianca." Dinner at Antonella Ricci's restaurant: Ristorante Al Fornello Da Ricci (One Michelin Star) in Ceglie Messapica.
Day 2 (Tuesday): Explore
the medieval town of Cisternino. Tour & lunch in Martina Franca.
Return to ostuni in the afternoon and later, dine under the stars in the
beautiful gardens of Masseria Boezio.
Day 3 (Wednesday):
Travel to Lecce, the Florence of southern Italy, to visit the old town
and baroque cathedrals. Wine tasting and lunch at Duca Guarini Winery.
Explore sea side medieval Castro and its beautiful cathedral. Enjoy an
Exquisite dinner and return to the Duca Guarini guesthouse for the
evening.
Day 4 (Thursday):
Wine tasting at Castel di Salve (near Tricase). Lunch at Sergio's-the
best seafood in Otranto. Explore the old town and castle. Dinner in
Lecce at Le Zie, an unforgettable dining experience in which you'll feel
like you're part of the family! Return to the Duca Guarini guesthouse
for the evening.
Day 5 (Friday): Travel
to Savelletri: Depending on availability, stay at one of three 5 Star
Golf Resorts (Masseria Torre Coccaro, Masseria San Domenico, or
Borgobianco Resort & Spa) for pampering spa and massage treatments.

Day 6 (Saturday):
Travel to Matera and explore the old town. Dine on fresh, handmade
pasta and local meat specialties at Falco Grillaio, a well-known
trattoria with a fabulous view of the Sassi. We will taste organic
wines in Gravina and you'll get the chance to spend the night in a cave,
an indescribable, dream-like setting in a beautiful boutique hotel set
amongst the Grotta di Sassi (caves).
Day 7 (Sunday): Travel to Bari. tour the beautiful seaside city, cathedral, or world-class shopping. Transfer to airport.
